I grew up in a loving family, cultivating a warrior’s instinct. That’s how I went up the corporate ladder and I enjoyed great success for more than 20 years in Fortune 500 FMCG’s. But I didn’t keep myself safe. So, I embarked on a journey where I realized that in order to be truly happy, I had to live in a way that makes me feel joyful and passionate, find purpose, and connect to the magic of the present moment, appreciate what is at this very moment, and be grateful for who I am. 

On that journey, I found several treasures and I have promised myself to devote the rest of my life sharing those with people like me, like you, who deeply wish to live life to the full and write a new story. 

So, are you in? Maybe you’re still reading because you’re dealing with life’s challenges and have doubts as to whether I can support you resolve them. Perhaps you‘re feeling stressed at this period and you wish there’s someone to shed light to the nourishing side of life for you. Or, you’re in pain and you wish to gain new skills to deal with it.
