Mindfulness 1-2-1

Welcome to the world of mindfulness and explore its benefits in a way that suits your individual needs.

I understand that some people may feel uncomfortable to learn and practice mindfulness within a group, or cannot commit to a specific date and time for the 8-week course, or even prefer a more personalized approach where the focus will be given to their specific interests and needs. This is why I am offering one-to-one mindfulness meetings.

SESSIONS

  • All meetings include meditation, the introduction of new topics and practices, and reflection on your experience with your home practice

  • It is up to you to decide how many sessions you would like to undertake. However, a minimum number of 8 sessions have proven to be effective to gain the mindfulness skills to support a happy and balanced life.

  • 50 or 80-minute sessions available

  • In-person or via Zoom

FEE: Depending on duration and location, from €60 to €150 per session.
