Being present in our life as it unfolds moment-to-moment, with openness, interest, and curiosity, sprinkling happiness in our days, and feeling more connected, alive, and in peace.

Mindfulness helps us shift from unconsciousness to awareness, and from habitual patterns of the mind to deliberate choice. With mindfulness, we’re sharpening our focus to what’s happening right here and now without the usual commentary, and we relate to our thoughts and feelings from a different angle.


It is cultivated in the arena of real life, amongst joys and sorrows, pleasant experiences and regrets, laughter and pain, that are all part of every human experience. Understanding that we are living in a dynamic world that changes in every moment, liberates us from grasping to the stories of our mind, knowing that our thoughts are passing mental events and not reality itself. 

For many, bringing mindfulness into the busyness of everyday life might be a challenge; yet, it’s a way of living that has proven to help people find where happiness lies, and choose it or not.
